Ciarán Frawley will start at out-half for Ireland 'A' in Sunday's meeting with England 'A' in Bristol, with the versatile Leinster back among four full internationals named in Mike Prendergast's side.
Frawley, who is yet to feature in this year's Guinness Six Nations, is the only member of the Ireland senior squad released back to the 'A' team by Simon Easterby for the game at Ashton Gate on Sunday.
Captain Max Deegan, full-back Shane Daly and prop Tom O'Toole are the other Test capped players in the starting team, with O'Toole interestingly named at loosehead prop, a position the IRFU have been keen to switch him to in recent seasons.
Ulster's Nathan Doak starts at scrum-half, having been added to the squad late this week following an injury to Connacht's Ben Murphy.
Connacht are the most heavily represented, five of the starting team coming from the western province, while there are four from Munster and three apiece from Leinster and Ulster.
Shayne Bolton and Tommy O'Brien start on the wings, with both players having missed the Emerging Ireland tour earlier this season due to injury, while Daly is at full-back. The centre combination sees Connacht's Hugh Gavin paired with Jude Postlethwaite of Ulster.

In the pack, Munster's Diarmuid Barron packs down at hooker, with O'Toole and Jack Aungier either side of him.
Evan O'Connell and Darragh Murray renew their second row partnership from Emerging Ireland, while Connacht's New Zealand-born Sean Jansen is at number eight, flanked by Deegan and Munster's Alex Kendellen.
There's Test experience on the bench, with tighthead Oli Jager and out-half Harry Byrne included, while Stephen Smyth, Paddy McCarthy, Conor O'Tighearnaigh, Alex Soroka, Fintan Gunne and Brian Gleeson completing a 6:2 split on the replacements.
