Tonight's SSE Airtricity First Division fixture between Wexford and Longford Town has been postponed, following a pitch inspection at Ferrycarrig Park.
With prolonged heavy rain falling in Wexford over the last 24-hours, the playing surface has been found to be unplayable.
While this evening's forecast looks positive, there was concern that the pitch would not be playable in time for kick-off.
A new date for the fixture will be announed in due course.
