Cracking the miserly Jacques Nienaber defence will be the big challenge for Connacht as they welcome league leaders Leinster to Galway (7.35pm).
Under the expert tutelage of the man who guided South Africa to World Cup glory last year, Leinster have conceded just three tries in their last three matches, two of which came in last weekend's 26-12 win over Munster.
So Connacht coach Pete Wilkins is well aware of the task facing his troops as they take on the table toppers, who have racked up maximum points so far this season.
"There is such a clear identity to their defensive structure and intent, so it's about being good enough to deal with it," said the Englishman, whose side lost 32-27 to Ulster last Saturday.
"It requires calm heads and a lot of accuracy to get either through it or around it. It's a brilliant challenge for us."
Outlining Nienaber’s impact, Leinster captain Caelan Doris (above, r) said: "Our defence has been a good area of growth.
"There’s a clarity and understanding with Jacques’s plan, so that’s been good. He’s brought an extra level of aggression and the mindset of wanting to suffocate teams and using our defence as a weapon to get the ball back.
"He’s a great fella to have around. He’s very energetic, enthusiastic, he enjoys a pint and he’s just good for the environment in general."
Against Munster, Leinster missed 27 tackles but attack coach Tyler Bleyendaal (below) was keen to point out that the net result of the rush is positive.
"You’ve got to [trust] the catch-up defenders...to make the tackle, that’s what we work hard on.
"You are putting a lot of pressure on the opposition skillsets, but it also puts pressure on yourselves, you’re moving fast to make tackles, sometimes you miss them but we back ourselves to clean it up and get back in the D line and go again."
Reflecting on Leinster’s start to the season, number 8 Doris, who sits out this evening's clash, said: "We are 20 from 20, which is ideal. Performance-wise, it hasn't been perfect, but it’s been pretty good at times."
On the meeting with Connacht, he added: "It will be a hostile atmosphere down there.
"They are loud, pretty boisterous, the Galway people. It will be good. It’s always a tough challenge there."
Meanwhile, Wilkins, whose side have lost their last seven games against Leinster, added: "[It] is one of the dates in the calendar our squad and supporters most look forward to.
"Leinster continue to set the benchmark for provincial rugby and it's a fantastic opportunity for us to test ourselves with a sold-out home crowd behind us.
"It’s been a positive start to our URC campaign overall, but [today] will demand another step up from our previous performances and our players are determined to show what they’re capable of.
"The squad have prepared well this week and everyone is excited about the opportunity ahead."
The hosts are without Mack Hansen, who misses out with a hip injury, while Josh Ioane and Ben Murphy continue their half-back partnership.
Hugh Gavin is in line for a much-awaited debut off the bench.
For the visitors, Ciarán Frawley retains the 10 shirt, while there are seven changes to the team that won in Croke Park, including a first start for Rabah Slimani in the front row.
